If it didn’t spark joy (or caffeine-fuelled delight), tell us. We’re all about keeping our queens happy, so we’ll do what we can to make things right — no judgment, just good vibes and great coffee energy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Good things (and great coffee) take time, babe.
Because everything’s made fresh on demand, your order usually ships within 5–10 business days — then it’s on its way to you, faster than you can say “I need caffeine.”
Some products like to take their sweet time — fashionably late, you know?

Do you ship outside Australia?
We’re still in our soft-launch era, babe — strictly Aussie-only for now while we perfect the blend.
But stay tuned... overseas shipping is definitely on the menu once we’ve got our local caffeine fix sorted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start crafting your goodies as soon as you hit “buy,” so changes aren’t always possible.
But if you realise you’ve made a caffeine-fuelled oops, email me ASAP at louise@caffeinate2motivate.shop and I’ll see what I can do before production kicks in.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Oh no! That’s not the kind of drama we signed up for.
Snap a photo and email it to us at louise@caffeinate2motivate.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll fix it faster than you can fix your morning coffee.
Why does it take a little longer to receive my order?
Because we don’t do mass-produced mediocrity.
Every piece is made on demand, just for you.
It helps reduce waste and keeps things sustainable — so thank you for supporting slow fashion and smart consumption (while still looking like a boss).
Can I send my order as a gift?

Where are you based?
We’re proudly brewed in Australia — more specifically, BrisVegas, baby!
For now, we only ship within Australia while we grow our little caffeine-powered empire.
One day we’ll go global, but right now it’s all about keeping our local queens caffeinated and classy.
